CSCCa Refund Policy

Membership:

Membership can be reimbursed in full within the first 30 days. *

Certification fee:

Certification fee can be reimbursed in full less a $25 cancellation fee within 12 months.*

Practicum/Internship fee:

Practicum/Internship fee can be reimbursed in full less a $25 cancellation fee within 12 months as long as the individual has not taken the SCCC certification examination!*

CSCCa National Conference Registration fee:

National Conference Registration fee can be reimbursed in full less a $25 cancellation fee.*

Exhibitor Registration fee:

Exhibitor deposits of $100 per booth are non-refundable. The remaining payments towards booth rentals will be refunded in full prior to March 15th. After that date, payments are non-refundable. *

T-Shirts, Hats, and other CSCCa Merchandise:

Non-refundable.

**Note: If requested of the CSCCa National Office, the full amount of funds paid will be applied to the individual’s/institution’s/company’s account if a refund is not issued for some reason.
