Boyd Epley

Boyd Epley is finishing his 32nd year of service to the University of Nebraska as head of the athletic strength and conditioning operation and his seventh year as Assistant Athletic Director. Boyd’s pioneering efforts have allowed the Nebraska program and facilities to be nationally recognized as one of the premier programs in the country as his 36 person Performance Team provides strength, conditioning, and nutrition services to 23 sports. His magic is done behind the scenes, but all 32 Nebraska Football teams he has worked with have won at least nine games in their respective seasons and played in a bowl game. Nebraska has won five national championships since Coach Bob Devaney asked Boyd to start the Husker Power Program in 1969.
