All members are encouraged to prepare now to attend the 2013 CSCCa Annual National Conference, which will be held in Kansas City, Missouri, Wednesday, May 8 through Friday, May 10 (Note: The Certification Examination will be given Wednesday, May 8th).

Because we will be hosting another exhibitor/member coaches opening social on Wednesday night at 6:00, we are requesting that everyone schedule travel arrangements to ensure attendance at this fun and entertaining event. There will be plenty of food, drinks, and prizes! We are planning to hold an afternoon conference session on Wednesday that will begin at approximately 3:00 pm. We are planning to hold a round table discussion Wednesday, May 8, from 3:00-5:00 pm.

2013 CSCCa National Conference Roommate Connection:

As a service to our member coaches, the CSCCa National Office has created a list of individuals interested in sharing a room at the upcoming 2013 CSCCa National Conference in Kansas City, Missouri. It's being held at the Downtown Kansas City Marriott the week of May 8, 2013. 2013 CSCCa National Conference Airport Shuttle Information

We have two options available to CSCCa members for transportation to and from the Kansas City International Airport. Advance reservations are required for both!

Super Shuttle

Super Shuttle charges a "per person" rate of $29.00 round trip or $18.00 one way. Super Shuttle has nine locations around the airport and conference attendees will have their discounted rate honored upon arrival. The shuttles depart every 30 minutes. Five Guys Transportation

Five Guys Transportation charges a single van rate of $40.00 each way and can accommodate up to six people (depending on luggage.) Your private driver will meet you at the baggage claim with your name or school's name on a signboard. There is no need to find a kiosk or customer service agent.
