All members are encouraged to prepare now to attend the 2012 CSCCa Annual National Conference, which will be held in Orlando, Florida, Wednesday, May 9 through Friday, May 11 (Note: The Certification Examination will be given Wednesday, May 9th).

Because we will be hosting another exhibitor/member coaches opening social on Wednesday night at 6:00, we are requesting that everyone schedule travel arrangements to ensure attendance at this fun and entertaining event. There will be plenty of food, drinks, and prizes! We are planning to hold an afternoon conference session on Wednesday that will begin at approximately 3:00 pm. We are planning to hold a round table discussion Wednesday, May 9, from 3:00-5:00 pm.

Airport Shuttle Information:

Mears Motor Shuttle: If you are not in need of a rental car, CSCCa recommends you take advantage of discounted rates on the Mears Motor Shuttle transportation between the Orlando International Airport and the Orlando World Center Marriott. CSCCa has negotiated a discounted rate for use of this transportation mode. Print out the discount coupon and present it to the Mears Transportation booth attendant to receive a 2012 CSCCa National Conference attendee discount of $4 off the round trip fare of $34 on shuttle transportation between the airport and the hotel. This coupon also applies to children (ages 4-11) - children's round trip fare is $27. The discount coupon can only be used towards round trip fares, not one-way fares. (One way fare for adults is $21 and one way fare for children is $17.) Mears Shuttle runs 24 hours a day between the airport and the hotel. Shuttles depart from the airport approximately every 30 minutes. To arrange your shuttle travel to your hotel, go to the nearest Mears Transportation counter on Level 1 of the Orlando International Airport when you arrive. All transportation will depart from Level 1. The counter personnel will direct you to your vehicle. Arrival reservations are encouraged but not required. Return reservations are required. One day prior to your return to the airport at the end of your stay at the Orlando World Center Marriott, make a return reservation by calling Mears Transportation at 407-423-5566 or book on-line utilizing the priority code 422095537. Please plan to allow three hours prior to your flight time for your transfer to the airport.
