Robert dos Remedios

CHAOS Sport-Speed Training

Presentation Summary:
The benefits of chaotic, change of direction agility training has been well documented over the years via practitioners and researchers alike. Improvement in strength, power, speed, injury reduction, and sports performance are just some of the things that make CHAOS training invaluable. One overlooked benefit of this style of agility training is the effect it has on building work capacity in a very functional manner. Not only will we see improvements in strength, power, and balance, we will also see improvement in stability (injury prevention) and increase in fitness levels through metabolic protocols using CHAOS agility principles. Coach Dos will take you through specific lead-up drills and exercises and progress to multi-level change of direction patterns and drills using visual, verbal, and physical cues.
