The Conjugate Method and Pitchers

This presentation will dive into my take into the conjugate method as it pertains to training baseball players. Specifically, how it pertains to training college pitchers and what we do here at Georgia Southern. In this presentation I will go over how my use of the conjugate method varies from what is done at other places and what is done at West Side Barbell. I will also describe in detail what our off-season program looks like compared to our in-season program both in terms of on-field work and in terms of weight room programming.
