Payment of the $200 Certification Fee

Payment of Examination Fee: An examination fee of $200 will be charged and must be paid prior to taking the examination.

NOTE: This $200 fee covers both parts of the certification test: the written examination, which includes both scientific and practical questions, as well as the practical, hands-on/oral examination. If a candidate does not pass one or both parts of the certification exam, he/she will be required to pay a certification fee again the following year, in order to retake the failed portion(s) of the test. If one section of the test is not passed, the retake fee will be $100. If both sections are not passed, it will be another $200.
