Kettlebell Basics: The Swing, Clean-n-Press and The Snatch

Presentation Summary:
We will be teaching the technique of three basic kettlebell lifts:
1. The Swing
2. Clean-n-Press
3. The Snatch
The primary muscles being used and benefits of kettlebell lifting with one kettlebell will be discussed. We are expecting some audience participation for those willing.
