Baylor University Staff will be hosting this Coaches Round Table and will cover a variety of topics.

Biography:
Keith Caton joined the Baylor University staff in June 2012 and serves as Associate Director of Athletic Performance, assisting with Football and overseeing Volleyball. Caton previously served as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning for Western Kentucky University, where he maintained responsibilities with Football, Track & Field, and Baseball. Caton arrived at Western Kentucky University via the University of Missouri, where he served under Master Strength Coach Pat Ivey. At Missouri he was named the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning and assisted with Football while directing all aspects of the Baseball and Wrestling programs. Prior to his time at Missouri, Caton was named the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Elon University in 2004. In this role, he was responsible for the athletic performance of all varsity programs, including the design and implementation of programs for Football, Men's Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Baseball, and Golf. Caton was a graduate assistant for Coach Kevin Yoxall at Auburn University 2001 to 2003. At Auburn he assisted with Football, Softball, and Baseball while being responsible for the Equestrian team. Caton graduated from Auburn University with an Educational Specialist Degree in 2003. Caton was a four year letterman for The University of Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles football team. Following his playing days he remained at USM as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach until 2001. Caton assisted with development aspects for Football, Men's basketball, Women's Tennis, Women's Soccer, and Softball. Caton received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from USM in 1999 and his masters in Coaching / Sports Administration from his alma mater in 2001. Caton holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. He is married to the former Adriene Ratcliff of Mobile, AL and they have three children: Kade, Weslie, and Kole.
