Presentation Summary:
Developing and maintaining a great intern program begins with focus on assisting interns to be their best self. The culture must be one of high expectations in academic, social and life skill areas. Our entire staff is involved with the full process; recruitment, educational presentations, exercise progressions, resume/cover letter writing, portfolio development, mock interviews and placement. The final step, which never ends, is supporting those interns in their new roles and watching their evolution.
