Crawling for Strength and Athletic Performance / Kettlebells in Motion

Biography:
Tim Anderson is the co-founder of Original Strength Systems. He is also the author of Original Strength Restoration and co-author of Original Strength: Rebuilding the Body You Were Meant to Have. Tim has worked in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years. In that time, Tim has had the privilege of learning from some of the most gifted leaders in the fitness industry. In the last 5 years, he has authored and co-authored seven books including Pressing Reset, Fitness Habits Made Easy and The Hope of Movement. He has also starred in and produced Beyond Bodyweight Training with the creator of The Battling RopesĀ® and strength legend, John Brookfield. In 2013,Tim began traveling the world teaching and presenting the Original Strength movement system, where he "simply helps people remember how they were designed to move." His mission, and the mission of Original Strength, is to set people free through movement. He has a passion for helping people regain the bodies they were meant to have through remembering how to move.

Kettlebells in Motion
In this presentation I will explore how athletes can use kettebells to safely build strength, power and endurance in the quest for improved athletic performance. I will also attempt to explain and demonstrate how natural movement patterns, along with contra-lateral loading can be used to enhance the effectiveness of kettlebell training.
