Joel Tudman, the Director of Player Development at Oklahoma State University, is in his 13th year as a veteran on the OSU strength and conditioning staff. He is currently the Cowboy Football team chaplain and serves as a life skills/leadership coach.
Tudman has worked directly with Master Strength Coach Rob Glass building one of the premier weight programs in college football. During his career in Stillwater, the Cowboys have advanced to a school-record 12 consecutive bowls and made four New Years six games.
While at Oklahoma State, Tudman has been instrumental in teaching fundamentals and speed development. Through exercise and strength conditioning, Tudman has helped develop student-athletes to be both stronger and faster. During the season, Tudman and the Oklahoma State staff have assisted players in achieving and maintaining optimal fitness. He has collaborated with coaches, sports medicine staff and nutrition staff to give each student-athlete the best possible training, nutrition and rehabilitation service.
Over the last two years, Tudman has developed, coordinated and implemented a personal achievement program titled Ã¢??The Person/The Player. This year, Tudman hosted a professional Ã¢??Player Development Conferencewith professional speakers with key emphasis in financial guidance, leadership development, team development and the next step.
Tudman has spent the last 18 years preaching and is the founder of THENETCHURCH.TV in Oklahoma City, OK.
Tudman received his Bachelor degree in sports studies from Texas A&M Commerce and a Master's degree in health with a minor in counseling. Originally from Mount Pleasant, Texas, he lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, LaTasha Tudman and children and continues to transform Oklahoma City with his leadership and ministry outreach efforts.
