Benedictine College (Atchison, KS) is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Graduate Assistant for the Fall 2024 semester. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable coaching experience and contribute to the success of our athletic programs.
Benefits include a Full Tuition Waiver.This role will assist with Football, as well as, give full autonomy to you to train 2-3 teams of your own. Possible team assignments include Baseball, Softball, Men's Lacrosse, Men's and Women's Soccer, and Wrestling.This role is designed to give applicants full autonomy as a coach, with the guidance of our full-time staff, to provide the experience needed to develop into a full-time collegiate strength and conditioning coach. You will be guided through a professional development curriculum during your first semester, and supported by our staff to help you succeed in this role.
