Ian Bonder

Microdosing: From Theory to Practical Application

Ian Bonder is a current PhD student at Concordia University — St. Paul., in St. Paul, MN. He is an Instructor in the Department of Kinesiology & Exercise Science at the College of Saint Mary and Director of Strength & Conditioning at Warren Academy in Omaha, NE. Ian is also an Adjunct Instructor in Health, Physical Education and Recreation at Peru State College in Peru, NE. Ian’s main research interest is with the practical application of microdosed programming in athletic and tactical populations. Over the past 12 years, Ian has trained athletes from youth through professional level including high school basketball state champions, Division 1 collegiate football and basketball athletes, men’s and women’s European professional basketball players, and NFL athletes.
