The Athlete Performance (“AP”) program welcomes, evaluates, educates, and equips athletes to increase performance while reducing their risk of injury. The AP program provides individualized evaluations, nutrition prescription/mentorship, training prescription/mentorship, and desire to implement an athlete’s long-term passion for health and fitness throughout their life. The purpose of the AP program is to lead, discipline and refine athletes on their current journey to increase athletic performance while reducing their risk of injury but even more importantly to educate and equip the athlete for a long-term passion to improve health and fitness throughout their lives. Each AP coach will commit their Heart, Mind, Soul and Strength to each athlete they serve with the goal of growing new disciples of the Godspeed Core Purpose.
The AP programs serve athletes from 3rd grade through professional level. Each age group is organized into grade to allow proper athletic development to occur with age and gender of athletes being similar. Also, long term athletic development protocols are implemented based on the athletes age group.
