Bando Performance is seeking a motivated and dynamic Manager/Director to join our team at our Worcester and Dedham, MA locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead training sessions for athletes and general clientele
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Support the professional development of staff and interns through ongoing education
Oversee daily facility operations and ensure a high standard of service
Required Qualifications:
Strong enthusiasm and passion for the fitness and performance industry
Punctual, self-motivated, and reliable
Excellent work ethic with the ability to execute on projects, events, and marketing initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CSCS, CSCCa, FRC, or AFS
Compensation:
This is a salaried position with opportunities for additional earnings through commissions and sales incentives.
