In compliance with applicable NCAA Policy, Interassociation Guidelines, and/or Consensus Guidelines and in conjunction with the use of performance data and analytics: tests athletes to evaluate performance level and desired areas of improvement; analyzes available data on strength and conditioning of new and returning student-athletes in order to identify potential levels of physical ability; develops, implements, and monitors safe and effective strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs to improve physical performance for Women’s Basketball and sports as assigned, including pre-season, in-season, and off-season workouts; instructs proper technique for appropriate sport specific exercises, and implements appropriate exercise sequences, sets, repetitions, recovery periods, load, frequency, and intensity; assists in supervising and monitoring safe and successful operation of sports performance facilities.
