Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field; required. Master's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Rehabilitation, or a related field; preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years of training experience in a sports or performance-based setting, preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM; BLS required.
Ability to complete skills validation and competency testing.
Additional Skills Preferred:
Experience in sports performance or collegiate/professional sports settings.
Excellent presentation skills in group settings.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Social media experience and knowledge.
