Job Title: Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning
Classification: Full-Time
Pay Type: Salary
-Develop, implement, and supervise comprehensive strength, speed, and conditioning programs for assigned sports teams (3 — 5).
-Assist with the training of other teams as needed.
-Other assignments and duties as assigned by the Director of Strength and Conditioning.

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Certification through Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa) or National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) required.
-CPR/First Aid certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in related field preferred.
-2-3 years of experience in collegiate strength and conditioning.
-Velocity Based Training knowledge and experience.
-Force Plate knowledge and experience.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
