Baylor University Staff will be hosting this Coaches Round Table and will cover a variety of topics.

Biography:
Justin Hill joined the Baylor University staff in June 2012 and currently serves as Assistant Director of Athletic Performance. Hill comes from Iowa State University where he served as a Football Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant. Hill graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology in May of 2011 from Rice University. During the summer of 2011, Hill served as an Assistant Sports Performance Coach for Performance Course at Byron Nelson High School. Hill was elected a Rice co-captain for his senior season (2010). The linebacker earned the Jess Neely Award as the Owls' top linebacker and the Joe Davis Award, given annually to the team's most improved defensive player. Hill played on the 10-3 Rice team that went 7-1 in Conference USA and won a Texas Bowl title. Hill's career at linebacker was preceded by a term at running back, including the 2007 season during which he made seven starts in the backfield He was Rice's leading rusher. Hill is a native of Denton, Texas. Hill is currently working on his Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Iowa State University. Justin currently resides in Waco. Hill holds a certification from the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association.
