2016 National Conference

Dan John

Strength & Conditioning Consultant

Presentation Summary:

There is no secret to "getting stronger." Like "Buy low, sell high," we all know how to get people stronger in the weight room: lift weights. As you collect your breath, don't ignore this simple insight. Like getting more flexible, Stretch!, getting stronger is fairly basic.

And, that is the problem. What I offer won't sell memberships. "Easy Strength" is too EASY to believe. But, it works. If you need to get stronger, and honestly who doesn't, why not do it the swiftest, most efficient way? Why not use the tools from our tradition and get your athletes stronger?
