Developing Excellence in your S&C Prgram on a Budget

This is a "Do it Yourself" presentation geared towards lower budgeted Strength programs that have all the "essential" equipment, but could afford to save money on the smaller "auxiliary" pieces of the puzzle. Everything you see will be easily assessable at your nearest Home Improvement or Lowes for literally half the cost, if not more of most the vendor's prices. Demonstrations include: PVC pipe equipment, wood work, suspension trainers, grenade attachments, and massage peanuts. We are all in this together so come get creative with us.

Most recently helped UCA to the 2nd round of the FCS playoffs falling to #2 Eastern Washington. Since joining the UCA Strength & Conditioning staff, teams have won 6 Conference Championships and 8 trips to the NCAA tournament in their respected sport including: Football, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Women's Basketball, & Women's Soccer.

At UCA he has trained 2 NFL draft picks in Jonathon Woodard and Dezmin Lewis, 1 European Tour Golfer in Pep Angels, 4 MLB draft picks in Logan Moon, Jonathan Davis, Forrest Allday & Doug Votolato, 1 Italian League Professional Softball pitcher in Kylee Studioso, and 1 Symetra Tour Golfer in Julia Roth.

Before coming back to UCA he served as an intern with the University of Tennessee Football Strength & Conditioning program under MSCC Dave Lawson and Michael Szerszen. Previous to his time at UT he was a Graduate Assistant at UCA working with the Strength & Conditioning program, and as a Quality Control coach for the Football team. Prior to UCA he was a student intern at the University of Southern Mississippi under MSCC Scott Bennett and Monte Curtis.
