Head Strength & Conditioning Coach
Tracy Baldwin is in his 19th year as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Under the guidance of Director of Strength and Conditioning and Master Strength Coach, Rob Glass, Tracy has worked with multiple sports during his time at OSU including assisting with Football, Baseball, Women's Golf, Men's and Women's Tennis, Soccer and Track and Field. He has been fortunate enough to help multiple teams experience post-season success and help many athletes achieve their ultimate goal of playing their sport professionally.
Tracy began his career in Strength and Conditioning as a student Intern at Kansas State University under the guidance of Coach Rod Cole and continued as a Student Assistant Coach at his Alma Mater, Fort Hays State University.
Tracy is originally from Great Bend, Kansas. He is a 1998 graduate of Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. He currently resides in Stillwater, Oklahoma with his wife Heather and their two daughters, Erika and Alyssa.
