Adam Biehl has been involved in Strength and Conditioning for a little more than 15 years. His career has spanned 7 universities, 5 states, and 3 countries. Adam has worked in almost every level of athletics, including: Division I, Division II, Division III, High School, Private Sector, and International. He holds certifications through the CSCCa, USA Weightlifting, and Totten Training Systems.
Adam attended his undergrad at Miami University in Oxford, OH where he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, while also spending time as an intern with Miami’s athletic teams. Adam chose to get his Master’s of Science in Exercise Physiology at Texas A&M where learned under his mentor, Raychelle Ellsworth.
Adam’s professional career started at Coastal Carolina University and Gardner-Webb University in the Carolinas before moving back to Texas where he served as an Assistant at Tarleton State University and his first Head Coach position, at University of Texas at Permian Basin. While at UTPB, Adam helped build the Strength and Conditioning program from the ground up when the school decided to add football in 2015.
In 2019, Adam chose to pursue a lifelong dream working with Olympic athletes. He accepted a position with the Chinese Olympic Committee where we worked with rowing, canoe, and kayak athletes in preparation ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Unfortunately, the Coronavirus halted that opportunity.
In 2020, Adam moved back to Texas where he spent 4 years at University of Texas at Dallas where he assisted with all teams at UTD while aiding in the school’s transition from Division III to Division II.
Since late 2024, Adam has been back in Ohio where he grew up working with Dublin Jerome High School outside of Columbus, OH. Adam lives in Lewis Center, OH with his wife, Betsy, and their three children: Skylar (8), Kaylyn (5), and Noah (3).
