Nick Hoheisel

Strength & Conditioning Assistant, Oklahoma State University

Nick Hoheisel enters his 13th season as the strength and conditioning coach for the Cowgirl basketball program after previously working in the same capacity at Wichita State. While on staff at WSU, Hoheisel worked with the Shocker baseball, volleyball, women's basketball, and men's and women's golf, tennis and track programs. During his time in Wichita, he also played a part in the design and renovation of the department's strength and conditioning facility.

Hoheisel spent the 2005-06 campaign on staff at the University of Idaho, serving as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Vandals' tennis, golf and swimming programs.

A member of the Kansas State football team from 1998-02, Hoheisel received the squad's overachiever award in 1998 and was named the 2002 Bob Cope Memorial Award recipient. In 2000 and 2002, he was named the Kansas State Football Lifter of the Year. He received his undergraduate degree in 2003 from K-State in business administration and international marketing.

Upon graduating from Kansas State, Hoheisel earned his master's degree in athletic administration from Northwest Missouri State in 2005. As a graduate assistant, he worked with the football team, which reached the 2005 NCAA Division II national championship game, as well as the men's and women's basketball programs and the volleyball, soccer and softball squads.

Hoheisel also holds a certification in CPR and is certified through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. In the spring of 2020, he was named a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association.
