Chris Jurek has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for multiple D-1 schools since 2011
including San Diego State University (2011-‘15, & ‘22-25), the University of Maryland (‘16-19), and
Southeastern Louisiana University (‘20-21).
He believes that true S&C should not only be an essential part of athletic experience, but its
teachings are fundamental building blocks upon which athletes frame their lives. He has worked
alongside multiple conference and national championship teams and individuals, including multiple
All-Americans, along with a multitude of professional athletes in Football, Golf, Women’s Track and
Field and Basketball.
He holds a BS in Secondary Education: Integrated Sciences from the University of Cincinnati where
he was a 3-year starter for the Football team which won 2 Big East championships and participated
in the Orange and Sugar bowls respectively.
He is married to the former Annalise Wilding of San Diego, CA and are expecting their son in May
2025.
