Michelle Martin Diltz is the Senior Associate Strength Coach at The University of Alabama for the national championship softball, women's golf, and Cheerleading teams as well as the dance team since 2005. During this time she has had the opportunity to be part of 6 SEC Softball Championships and 2 SEC Woman's Golf Championship as well as manages the internship/volunteer program. While at Alabama she has also worked with football, woman's basketball, and track and field.

A native of Abilene, Texas, Michelle earned her bachelor of science in kinesiology from Texas Woman's University in 2002, where she played outfield for the Pioneer softball team under NFCA Hall of Fame Coach Diane Baker. She earned her master of science in sports physiology from Texas A&M University in 2005, with a focus on the performance of athletes. While at Texas A&M Michelle was a graduate intern with the Texas A&M Strength and Conditioning Department under master strength coach Raychelle Ellsworth as well as being a manager for the Aggie Softball team.

During her career, Michelle has earned certifications from the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa) Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) along with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and the Functional Movement Specialist Level 1 certifications. She is also TPI level 1 and Fitness level 2 certified. She has also authored many article and contributed to books as well been a speaker a numerous clinics and conferences.

Michelle lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with her husband, BJ, and daughter, Brady.
